Ashvini Sengar, M.D.

Dr. Ashvini Sengar has served as Director of Nebraska Cancer Care since June, 2003. Before coming to Hastings, Dr. Sengar completed his Fellowship at St, Michael’s Medical Center in Newark, NJ and St. Joseph’s Hospital & Medical Center in Paterson, NJ. His residency training was done at Crozer Chester Medical Center at Temple University in Upland, PA.
 
He has served as Senior House Office in Medicine at GSVM Medical College, Kanpur, India and Senior house Office, Geriatrics, Hereford, UK. Dr. Sengar is Board Certified in Oncology, Hematology, and Internal Medicine.

Dr. Sengar is a member of the American Society Clinical Oncology (ASCO), American Society of Hematology (ASH), Nebraska Lymphoma Study Group (NLSG), and European Society of Medical Oncology (ESMO).
 
 
Debora Bruno, M.D.

Dr. Debora Bruno joined the Nebraska Cancer Care in July, 2006. Dr. Bruno received her medical education at School of Medicine, Federal University of Ceara, Fortaleza, Brazil. She completed her Internal Medicine Residency at Walter Cantidio University Hospital Federal University of Ceara, Brazil, and also at Albert Einstein Medical Center, Philadelphia, PA, where she was Chief
Resident of Internal Medicine. She completed her Clinical Fellowship in Hematology Oncology and Transfusion Medicine at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, Philadelphia, PA. She is an Associate Member of the American College of Physicians and American Society of Hematology and Oncology. Dr. Bruno is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Hematology, and Oncology.
 
 
Pornchai Jonglertham, M.D.

Dr. Pornchai Jonglertham joined Nebraska Cancer Care in July, 2007. Dr. Jonglertham received his medical education at Mahidol University, Ramathibodi School of Medicine, Bangkok, Thailand. Dr. Jonglertham completed his Residency at Maryland General Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. He completed his Fellowship in Medical Oncology and Hematology at the University Of Mississippi
Medical Center, Jackson, Mississippi. Dr. Jonglertham is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Hematology, and Medical Oncology. Dr. Jonglertham is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology, American Society of Hematology, and American College of Physicians.
 
 
Lorri Davison, RN, MS, APRN, CCRN

Lorri Davison joined Nebraska Cancer Care in 2004 as a certified Adult Nurse Practitioner. She received her diploma in nursing from Mary Lanning School of Nursing, bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, and a master’s degree of science in nursing from Creighton University. Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, her 26-year career as a registered nurse has primarily
been in intensive/critical care in clinical and management positions. For the past ten years she has also been an instructor for Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and for the past two years has also taught and mentored new instructors. Additionally, as an interim instructor, she has instructed undergraduate and accelerated nursing students during their intensive care rotations on the Hastings Campus of Creighton University.

In her role at Nebraska Cancer Care, in collaboration with Drs. Sengar, Bruno, and Jonglertham, she is involved in providing direct, episodic health care to prevent and meet the acute, symptomatic, and palliative care needs of patients diagnosed with cancer and blood disorders.

Ms. Davison is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Nebraska Nurse Practitioners, Oncology Nursing Society, Nebraska Nurses Association, American Nurses Association, American Association of Critical Care Nurses, and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. She recently completed additional training in cancer genetics and is preparing for oncology certification in advanced practice.
